Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made on Rupees24 through the Google Play Store are processed by Google Play’s billing system. As per Google’s policy, all in-app purchases are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is subject to Google Play’s refund policies.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A. Accidental Purchases
If you made a purchase by mistake, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction through Google Play:
- Visit Google Play Refund Request.
- Select the purchase you want a refund for.
- Follow the instructions and submit your request.
- Google will review and respond within a few business days.
B. Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice an unauthorized charge on your account, follow these steps:
- Report the issue to Google Play Support immediately.
- Secure your account by enabling Google Play purchase authentication.
- Google will investigate and issue a refund if your request is valid.
C. Purchase Not Received
If you made a payment but did not receive the purchased coins, rewards, or subscriptions, follow these steps:
- Wait for at least 30 minutes (sometimes delays happen due to network issues).
- If the purchase is still not reflected, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide your Google Play Order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) and screenshots of the issue.
- We will verify the transaction and either provide the missing item or issue a refund if eligible.
D. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play Subscriptions (Manage Subscriptions).
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
- If you were charged for a subscription renewal you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund within 48 hours via Google Play.
3. How to Request a Refund
A. Request via Google Play (Recommended)
Google Play handles most refund requests. Follow these steps:
- Go to Google Play Account: play.google.com/store/account.
- Click on “Order History” and find the transaction.
- Select “Request a Refund” and choose a reason.
- Submit your request, and Google will review it within a few days.
B. Contact Rupees24 Support (For Missing Purchases Only)
If your purchased item is missing, reach out to our support team:

- The email associated with your Rupees24 account
- Screenshots (if applicable)
We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds WILL NOT be issued in the following cases:
❌ If the purchase was used (e.g., coins were spent).
❌ If the refund request is made after 48 hours (Google Play’s refund window).
❌ If the refund request is due to change of mind or personal preference.
❌ If the purchase was made outside Google Play’s billing system.
❌ If the user has been banned for violating Rupees24’s policies.
5. Important Notes
- All refunds are handled by Google Play, and Rupees24 cannot override Google’s decision.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If your refund request is denied by Google Play, we cannot issue a refund manually.
- Subscriptions must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid auto-charges.
